동시에 일어나는 두 가지 사건을 말할 때 as를 사용합니다.
As it was getting colder, the rain changed into snow
날씨가 추워지자 비가 눈으로 바뀌었습니다.
결과를 원인과 연결할 때 as를 사용합니다. '때문에'를 의미합니다.
As she was tired, she slept all day
